DESCRIPTION
The new generation of valves meets the highest requirements in terms of hygiene and process safety. It is built on a proven platform with an installed base of over one million valves.
The Unique single-shutter valve is a pneumatic valve designed with a hygienic and modular design for a wide range of applications, such as a two (2) or three (3)-way shut-off valve or a three (3) to five (5)-way divert valve. The valve is remotely controlled using compressed air. With few and simple moving parts, it is an extremely reliable valve with low maintenance costs.
The standard Unique single-shutter valve is available in a one-body or two-body configuration. To ensure a high degree of flexibility, the sealing seat between the two bodies in the divert version is movable. The valve features an optimized seal lifespan due to guided compression of the seals.
The actuator is connected to the valve body via a fork mechanism, while all other components are secured with clamp fittings.
The valve is also available in Atex, aseptic, long-stroke, reverse-acting, two-stage, tangential, tank-bottom, and Y-body versions.
