Twin Screw Pump – Delicately Robust
The Twin Screw volumetric pump, now in its latest elegant version with a stainless steel AISI 316 chassis, is based on a robust and reliable platform that meets strict hygiene standards. This pump is designed for both product transfer and Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) processes, ensuring low pulsation and minimizing damage to solid components in the product, thus improving its quality. The Twin Screw pump is ideal for handling delicate, abrasive fluids with high or low viscosity, commonly used in the dairy, food, beverage, and personal care industries. Enhanced with technological improvements, its maintenance is simplified with dedicated access, significantly reducing plant downtime.
LeviMag® Magnetic Agitator
A redesign of the existing LeviMag® magnetic drive agitator, this technology allows for efficient mixing of liquids in small, medium, and large tanks while ensuring aseptic conditions in food and pharmaceutical applications. The hydrodynamic profile of the impeller blades generates low torque, limiting power consumption and enabling the use of smaller motors compared to previous versions. This results in energy and cost savings, with a reduced environmental impact.
ThinkTop® Control System
The new ThinkTop® pneumatic valve control system from Alfa Laval offers a cutting-edge solution with integrated sensors that provide real-time data on machine performance 24/7. Available in two versions, V50 and V70, the ThinkTop comes with custom installation by specialized personnel, requiring intervention only initially as the valve can self-adjust remotely. A key advantage of this system is its compact size compared to previous versions, allowing up to 500 valves to be installed in a plant without the need for spacers between each valve. The LED control on the new ThinkTop offers 360-degree visibility, enabling operators to monitor the system from any point in the factory.

The DIN-standard fittings are designed for situations where hygiene is critical. Alfa Laval offers a wide range of fittings, available in various finishes and sizes, easy to install and clean, meeting the highest tolerance standards.
