DESCRIPTION
The Unique Mixproof valve has been designed with user flexibility in mind. Customers can select additional options based on their specific requirements, such as higher hygienic standards or enhanced resistance to demanding operating conditions. The Unique valve is a remotely controlled valve operated by compressed air. It is normally closed (NC).
The valve features two independent shutter seals that create an atmospheric pressure leakage chamber between them under all operating conditions. In the rare event of accidental product leakage, the product is directed into the leakage chamber and discharged through the leakage outlet. When the valve is open, the leakage chamber is sealed off, allowing the product to flow freely from one line to another.
The valve can be cleaned and protected against water hammer at any stage, according to the specific needs of the process (refer to the following page). There is virtually no product loss during valve operation. The valve is also available in tank outlet, horizontal installation, and large particle versions.
